These three partnerships are built on mutual trust and the opportunity to expand the base of services that we can offer our clients. ESI has very strong training and multimedia skills that are key to supporting our client needs in that area. Radus provides expertise in business intelligence and data visualization. Sparksoft provides excellent technical resources in the area of BPMS and SOA implementation.

Lisa Nelson – President of The Mercator Group: Spent most of her previous career in supply chain and international business operations. Ms. Nelson has managed supply chains across Asia, Russia and the Middle East. She currently focuses her time on corporate management of The Mercator Group.

Mark Nelson – Director Client Services: More than 25 years of experience in business process transformation, organizational change and technology innovation. He has worked with a wide-variety of large and medium sized organizations spanning both State and Federal government, as well as large multi-national and medium sized domestic and internationally based organizations, including leading roles in major transformation efforts, technology overhauls, and start ups for Ford Motor Company, Sprint, Discovery Channel, Coca Cola, Wallem Ship Management, Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Acquisition Service.
Jay Emerson – Principal IT Management Specialist: Mr. Emerson is a seasoned senior IT executive and management consultant with over 35 years of Enterprise Strategy and Architecture experience. He is widely known for his hands-on approach and expertise in IT and business management practices, and is considered to be an expert in effective governance and organizational capability maturity. He has extensive industry experience, including IT strategic and enterprise architectural, business planning, data center operations, organizational change management, IT management process architecture, IT effectiveness analysis, and business continuity planning. Mr. Emerson holds degrees from The Catholic University of America as well as several professional certifications from the Wharton and MIT’s Sloan Schools of Business. Prior to joining The Mercator Group, Mr. Emerson’s work experience included Gartner, IBM, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MCI with extensive experience across many verticals including the Healthcare, Federal, and DoD industries.
